Nikita Sood-Heatley is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles' London office and a member of the Heidrick Consulting Practice. She works with boards, C-suite, and functional leaders on aligning their organizational culture, structure, operating model and leadership, and talent with their business priorities and transformation objectives.
Experience
Nikita has over 16 years of experience in management consulting and organizational transformation across industries, including life sciences, technology, telecom, and financial services, in emerging and developed markets. She has expertise in aligning organizational culture to business strategy, building effective leadership teams, and driving long-term sustainable change.
Nikita has worked with clients in more than 25 countries and led diverse teams on organizational transformation initiatives. She is trained in multiple industry-leading behavioral assessment tools, organization, job design, change management methodologies, and design thinking.
Nikita combines data and analytics with human behavioral change principles to drive organizational and leadership initiatives and business decisions. Her passion for creating a long-lasting, holistic, and positive impact on leaders and organizations helps them build resilience and elevate performance.
Prior to joining Heidrick Consulting, Nikita was a managing director at FTI Consulting. She has worked with other global strategy and leadership consulting organizations, including Accenture, Deloitte, and another executive search firm.
