Kate St John is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ New York office and a member of the global Technology Practice.

Experience

Kate specializes in senior go-to-market leadership roles, including president, chief revenue officer, worldwide sales, and revenue operations, with experience across VC-backed, private equity-backed growth companies, late-stage private, and a range of public companies across the SaaS and software spectrum.

She joined Heidrick & Struggles in Sydney, Australia, in 2018, working with Australian and international clients on non-executive, chief executive officer, and general management roles, as well as sales and strategy leadership. Kate also worked on functional technology searches for chief digital officers, chief technology officers, chief data officers, and chief information officers.

Kate is certified in Hogan Assessment and conducts senior-level executive assessments.

Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, she worked in a boutique human capital firm that specializes in leadership, culture, executive coaching, and strategy.
