Heidrick & Struggles’ annual Board Monitor series is a long-standing study of trends in board composition in markets around the world.

These two charts include the total number of new board seats filled in each market between January 1, 2024, and December 31, 2024, as well as the share of companies per index with a new director appointed in 2024.

Personal background
